Mentorship Program

The existing Three Crosses Mentoring Program includes four young men in middle school who attended summer camp during the summer of 2023 with Three Crosses. Our program will include conference calls, lunch at school, home visits, outings, and church attendance together.

Summer Camp

The Three Crosses Summer camp is 4 weeks of awesome content, including Biblical teaching, academic enrichment, art, and LOTS of kickball. We have an amazing staff and groups who come into Norway to love on the kids. We have the opportunity to take the kids to summer camp during our 5th week of summer programming

Summer 2022 Overview

Three Crosses Outreach is a organization that offers camp with a twist.

We are hosting Summer Day Camp at the building Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 11 AM.

We focus on children building their relationship with Jesus Christ, becoming stewards, and building social skills that will make them shine in the midst of worldly pressures.

Our camp curriculum comes from the Bible study: Defined, Who God Says You Are. We are still “DREAMING BIG” and teaching our children to become “Overcomers” in spite of the crisis’ 2020 has presented. Each week our children will receive a packet with daily activities to engage them in God’s Word and grow them in their relationship with Jesus Christ as they discover who they are in Christ.

The year 2020 has presented many challenges and we at Three Crosses Outreach are determined to meet those challenges. We are seeking to remain as safe as possible and stay within the guidelines set forth by the CDC and SCDHEC. These include:

Each participant will have their temperature checked upon arrival.
- If the participant has a fever, they will not be allowed to take part in that day’s activities
Each participant will be given a personal mask that must be worn at camp.
Each participant will be questioned as to their health each day.
- If the participant is feeling unwell, they will not be allowed to take part in that day’s activities.
- If the participant has been exposed to COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2), they will not be allowed to take part in camp activities for 14 days.
All surfaces (van and buildings) will be sanitized daily.
Social distancing (6 feet) will be enforced for non-family members.
Hand sanitizer will be available for use as necessary.
All lunches will be given to the participant to eat at their home, we will not be serving lunch on-site.
These guidelines apply to both our participants and staff.

Partnering with the School

Three Crosses has been working with staff at HKT to provide a variety of needs and services. Female Care Pouches

Three Crosses was able to prepare female care pouches that will be given to the nurse’s station at HKT. The pouches were donated by Mrs. Axson and then filled with necessities. We are so thankful for each and every individual that are helping us walk in our vision.

Firefly Toys & Games of Columbia, South Carolina gave a dynamic presentation on Saturday, February 26. We had a great turn out of kids, parents, grandparents and board members. Community BINGO brought out 50+ participants! We had a great time with fun, food but most of all the fellowship. Watching the excitement and the listening to the conversations, let’s us know we are moving in the right direction.

Game Changer Summer 2022

What an amazing theme for our Summer 2022 ~ Game Changer!! In an effort to help prepare for the summer, we created a wish list on Amazon. The wish list will allow us the opportunity to give away brand new board games during camp. We are blessed to have some amazing people fill our request.
